Ligasure血管闭合系统在经肛直肠腺瘤切除术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨Ligasure血管闭合系统在经肛直肠腺瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我科2009-2010年应用Ligasure血管闭合器经肛局部切除直肠肿瘤16例的临床资料。结果术后平均肠道功能恢复通气时间为2d，平均恢复正常排便时间3d，平均切口愈合时间10d。术后无大出血、直肠穿孔、直肠阴道瘘、感染等并发症。结论Ligasure血管闭合系统应用于经肛直肠腺瘤切除术具有安全、操作简便、出血少、并发症少等优点。
