摘要
伴随着城市化的进程,农村剩余劳动力大规模向城市流动,对农村老年人的生活产生了重要影响,给我国传统家庭养老带来了困境。文章结合相关调查研究结果分析了这一现象对家庭养老的影响,并提出农村家庭养老的对策和建议。
Along with the proceeding of urbanization,China has seen large quantities of excess rural labor migrate to urban areas,which has great effect on aged peasants＇ life and hence causes aged care problems.In this research,an investigation into Jinwei villagers was conducted,based on which the paper examines the influence of outflow of labors in rural area on the aged care problem,and it comes up with proposal.
