摘要
目的:运用临床护理路径对急诊剖腹产手术病人实施整体护理,研究其能否减少差错事故和手术并发症的发生,提高手术配合质量和病人满意度。方法:将我院2010年9月～2010年12月间行急诊剖腹产的手术病人分成实验组与对照组,对照组采用传统的手术护理配合模式,实验组在传统的手术护理配合基础上实施临床护理路径,将两组病人的手术时间、差错事故和术中并发症的发生率、病人的术后满意度进行比较。结果:实验组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:急诊剖腹产手术配合临床护理路径流程合理,有利于护理人员掌握和规范化管理,可提高手术配合质量并使患者满意。
Objective Using clinical nursing pathway in holistic nursing care of emergency caesarean operation,and study it＇s effect in reduceing surgery accident and surgical complications,improving quality of Surgery cooperation and patient＇s satisfaction. Methods Emergency patients of cesarean section are divided into experimental group and control group in September 2010 to December 2010. Control group was carry out with the traditional model. Experimental group was carry out with clinical nursing pathway baised on the traditional modal. The results of the two groups are compared. Results All the four indexes of experimental group are superior than control group＇s P 〈 0.05. The difference is significant. Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway of emergency caesarean operation is reasonable.It is helpful in learning process of nursing staff and for standardized management of hospital.It can improve quality of surgery cooperation and satisfaetion of patients.
