摘要
目的:通过总结23例妊娠期急性胰腺炎患者临床护理体会,提出重要的护理措施及经验心得,以提高此类患者的临床治疗效果,降低死亡率。方法:回顾性分析了23例妊娠期急性胰腺炎的护理情况。结果:通过合理及时的全面护理,23例患者中14例保守治疗成功,9例行外科手术,产妇死亡1例,胎儿死亡2例,母婴双亡1例。抢救成功率达82.6%。结论:妊娠期急性胰腺炎的患者可通过及时和系统的治疗和相对应的优质护理措施,降低死亡率,增加康复的机会。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 23 pregnant women who were suffering acute panereatitls, and come up with some appropriate nursing means, in order to improve the clinical outcemes and decrease mortality. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy from Mar. 2002 to Jul. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Via our comprehensive and timely nursing, 14 of them were successfully disehargod from hospital by conservative treatment. 9 of them undergo surgeries including laparotomy and caearean delivery, 1 puerpera and 2 fetuses dead. Unfortunately, 1 mother and her unborned baby were both dead. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy is very dangerous, and needs comprehensive, systematic and timely nursing, for the sake of favorable clinical outcomes and lower mortality.
