2型糖尿病的早期诊治:责任与挑战并存 被引量：8

摘要 近几十年来．随着生活水平大幅度提高和人口老龄化．2型糖尿病患病率呈现出全球性的迅速增长趋势。我国由于人口基数大、城市化进程迅速、饮食结构日益西化、以及严重的人口老龄化等因素的影响．已成为全球2型糖尿病患病率增长速度最快的国家之一。随着2型糖尿病患者群体的不断扩大．代谢紊乱和慢性高血糖所致大血管和微血管并发症严重影响着患者的生活质量甚至威胁生命．
