在严峻的市场经济竞争面前,很自然要求企业十分重视投资决策。企业投资产生效益是企业发展的动力之一。如果投资回报率高则企业发展竞争力就强,若回报率低则不但没有竞争力,严重者会丧失生存力。投资决策包括投资要素分析、投资原则掌握及对投资全过程控制。正确了解这些,是企业获得新生力量的重要源泉。
The enterprises must pay great attention to investment policy making in violent competition environment. Making profit from investment is one of the driving force of enterprises development. The competitive power is strong if the rate of return is high. If the rate of return is low, the competitive power is weaker. If the rate of return is lower, the enterprises may be lost its existence. Investment policy making includes the analysis of investment elements, grasping the investment policy and controlling the whole investment process.
