摘要
Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ互连网上视频及音频的实时传输，是实现真正意义的远端教学系统的关键技术，它的实现使得基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的远端教学系统的信息得到了极大的丰富。本文讨论和分析了解决该问题的策略。
Real-time audio & video transmission on the Internet is the key technique on realizing the Distance-Learning system.Its realization greatly enriched the information of Distance-learning system based on Internet.This paper discusses and analyses the stratagies to solve this technique,also presents the method to implement this technique and flow chart in detail.
