硫酸小诺霉素注射液的荧光分光光度法测定及其在输液中的配伍 被引量:3

摘要 小诺霉素为一最新的氨基糖甙类抗生素由于其肾毒性和耳毒性低的优点,临床应用日趋广泛,特别是静脉给药,但目前尚未见到有关与输液配伍的研究报道,本文采用荧光分光光度法测定小诺霉素与十种常用输液配伍后的含量变化,并测定配伍后不同时间的pH和外观观察,为临床合理用药提供依据。 The determin method for the content of Micromonicin was established with OPA as derivativeagent by spectrophfluorometer. The content was linear in the concentration range of 0-3 u/ml, the average rate of recovery ofMicromonicin was 99.73+0.01%, the CV% within day was 0.37% and day to day was 0.96%. The stability of Micromonicin in the ten infusions was determinated with this method. Theresult suggests that nine infusions can be mixed with it other than metronidazole.
