摘要
光与磁性物质的相互作用研究最近几年得到突破性进展,建立在飞秒激光技术基础之上的超快磁记录显示出很大的潜力。本文综述了激光诱导的超快磁动力学、全光磁记录技术的基本原理和研究进展情况,重点关注了激光与磁性物质的作用机制,比如三温度模型以及电子、晶格、自旋相互作用的微观理论,并对存在的问题进行了分析和讨论。
The research of the interaction of light with magnetic materials has made a break- through in recent years. Ultrafast magnetic recording based on femtosecond laser technology shows great potential. The basic principles and research progress of the laser-induced ultrafast magnetic dynamics, all-optical magnetic recording technology, were reviewed, focusing on the interaction mechanism of laser and magnetic materials, such as the three-temperature model and the microeconomic theory for the electronic, lattice, spin interaction. The existing problems for both application and theory are analyzed and discussed.
