摘要
用高分子亲水性胶体作为主要骨架材料制备了硫酸锌骨架型缓释片SR-1 SR-2,用普通片C-T作对照,测定了SR-l、SR-2及C-T片的体外溶出累计百分率。用溶出速度参数T_(50)作比较,SR-1,SR-2的缓释作用分别为普通片的4.7倍和2.8倍。锌含量测定采用锌试剂(zincon)紫外分光光度方法。
Two kinds of zinc sulfate(ZS) sustained release tablets (SR-1, SR-2) were prepared by usingpolymolecular hydrophilic colloid as the major matrix materials. Dissolution studies of zinc ionfrom SR-1, SR-2 and conventional tablet (C-T) were carried out by rotary-basket method. TheT_(50) of SR-1, SR-2 and C-T tablets were respectively 14.35±1.39, 8.63±1.53 and 3.03±0.49minutes Significant differences existed among the three tablets (P<0.001). The violet color produced by the reaction of zinc ion with zincon was used in analysingthe contents of three tablets by spectrophotometry at 620 nm.
