摘要
目的调查不同病程的ED患者的流行病学数据，了解病程长短对ED患者的性生活质量和（PDE5-I）治疗疗效的影响，并探讨其中可能存在的机制。方法从2008年6月至2009年11月间，我们在中国的49个男科或泌尿科诊疗中心开展了一项关于ED病程长短对ED患者性生活质量及治疗的结果影响的问卷调查。来诊的ED患者填写调查问卷的第一部分，然后根据医生的处方服用PDE5-I，4周后复诊完成问卷第二部分。采用软件SPSS13．0对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果本次调查共发放问卷5500余份，收回有效问卷4862份。大部分ED患者的病程小于5年（77．1％）。随着病程的增长，ED对患者性生活质量的影响也就越大，性生活满意度、享受度和性交次数均随着病程的增加而下降（P〈0．01）。PDE5-I的有效率在病程小于5年组中最高，为96．2％，其他两组则为94．8％（5～10年）和89．0％（〉10年）（P〈0．01）。结论ED的病程越长，对ED患者性生活质量的影响也越大；病程长短显著影响ED的治疗效果，所以ED患者应该在疾病的早期进行咨询治疗。PDE5-I可以有效的改善ED患者的勃起功能和性生活质量，应作为ED治疗的一线用药。
Objectives To investigate the basic epidemiologic data on ED patients with different ED course and understand the Influence of erectile dysfunction （ED） course on the sex life quality and PDE5-I Treatment. Methods From 2008.6 to 2009.11, 4 862 questionnaires about sex life quality and treatment of ED patients were gathered from 49 urology or andrology centers all around China. All patients with ED （age ≥20y） filled in first half of the questionnaire at first visit to a doctor, then completed other half of the questionnaire after 4 weeks PDE5-I therapy. Results ED course for most patients was less than 5 years （〈5 years 77.1%）. The longer the ED course was, the worse the quality of sexual activities and the therapeutic effect were（P≤0.01）.The longer the ED course were, the worse the patients＇ sex life were （including sexual times, enjoyment and satisfaction）（P ≤ 0.01）. For the patients with ED course less than 5 years, PDE5-I treatment was more effective than that for other patients, （P≤0.01）. Conclusion affect the therapeutic effect of PDE5-1 obviously. The patients with ED should receive early possible. PDE5-I can effectively improve the quality of sexual life of the patients and should be considered as a firstline medicine in ED treatment.
