摘要
对从黄连中提取小檗碱成分的超声技术工艺进行了系统的实验研究,给出了超声提取小檗碱的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,此工艺具有省时、节能、得率高等优点,可以作为实验室的模拟工艺。
The techniques of extracting berberine from rhizoma of Coptis chinese by ultrasound are studied by experiment systematically. The OPtimum parameters for extraction berberine are proposed. Experimental results show that ultrasonic is a simple, time-saving, energy-saving and high-effect way, which can be used as a simulative technology in lab.
