摘要
对采自南京、安徽两地的钉螺经室内饲养1 ~91d 后在氯硝柳胺1 ~0-031 25mg/L浓度下,室温25 ℃时浸杀24 ~48h 钉螺死亡率呈明显降低趋势,但室内饲养1 ~11d 的钉螺敏感性明显高于室内饲养16 ~91d 的钉螺( P< 0-01) ,而1 ~11d 各组间差别无显著性( P> 0-05) 。实验提示,室内饲养超过10d 以上的钉螺对氯硝柳胺的敏感性下降,我们认为室内药物筛选用钉螺一般不宜采用室内饲养超过10d 以上的钉螺,对其它杀螺剂是否存在类似现象有待进一步观察。
Sensitivityto niclosamide ofsnail, Oncomelania hupensis,collected from thefield of Nanjing and Anhuiafter being bred inlaboratoryfor1 ~91 days were detected . Whenthesnails wereim mersedin niclosamide(withconcen tration of1 ~0-031 25 mg/L) under25 ℃for 24 or 48 hours,the snail mortality declined as times wenton . The resultsshowed thatthe sensitivity to niclosamide ofsnail bred for 1 ~11 daysin laboratory was much higher than those bred for 16 ~91 days( P< 0 .01) butthere were nosignificantdifferencesin sensitivity amongsnailsbred 1~ 11 daysinlaboratory .The authorssuggested thatsnails bred in laboratory over 10 days was no good forscreeningnew molluscicide.
