重组人甲状旁腺激素1-34治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察重组人甲状旁腺激素1-34对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度和骨转换指标(骨碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原N末端肽/肌酐)的影响。方法:绝经后骨质疏松症患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组给予钙尔奇D片,1片/次,1次/d,口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予重组人甲状旁腺激素(1-34)20μg/次,1次/d,皮下注射。2组均连续用药6个月。测定2组治疗前与治疗3,6个月后腰椎、股骨、髋部骨密度,治疗6个月后骨碱性磷酸酶和Ⅰ型胶原N末端肽/肌酐水平,并进行比较。结果:治疗3,6个月,治疗组腰椎骨密度较治疗前增高(P<0.01),髋部及股骨密度治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组腰椎、髋部及股骨骨密度与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗6个月后骨碱性磷酸酶及Ⅰ型胶原N末端肽/肌酐水平均较治疗前增高(P<0.01),对照组治疗前、后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗6个月后尿钙均较治疗前增高(P<0.01),2组治疗后6个月尿钙水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状旁腺激素可增加骨转换指标,提高绝经后妇女腰椎骨密度。
