摘要
文章运用经济均衡价格理论，对高教服务价格改革的必要性和可行性进行了分析和论证。指出应逐步建立高教市场，发挥高教服务价格对高教供求的调节作用，政府则对高教市场进行宏观调控。
The necessity and possibility of the service price reform within higher leaming institutions are analyzed based on the equilibrium price theory, and the establishment of the higher education market is also. This market would be regulated by the price, and macm - controlled by govement authoity.
