DC1000V通用变频器三电平和两电平方案对比研究

摘要 变频调速是交流电机运动控制公认的理想方案,具有显著的节能效果。本文通过与传统两电平逆变电路的对比,分析了二极管钳位型三电平逆变电路方案的特点,并基于当前电力电子器件的发展状况,详细介绍了DC1000V下,不同功率等级三电平和两电平的主电路设计方案,最后从工程设计的角度给出了选择建议。 Compared with traditional two-level inverter, the characteristic of a neutral point clamped three-level inverter is analyzed in this paper Based on the development of nowadays power electronics, the three-level and two-level inverters for different power levels in DC 1000V are discussed and engineering design proposals are presented at last.
