摘要
图书馆法是图书馆事业稳定健康发展的重要保障,文章在对英美两国图书馆法进行详细调研的基础上,从内容体系完备、注重用户参与和效果评估、关注对弱势群体的保障及图书馆网的建立等角度,对英美两国图书馆法的内容进行特色分析,并从立法顺序、宏观调控手段等方面比较两国图书馆法之间的差异。
Library law is very important to the sustainable development of library.In this article,firstly,some investigation were made on the library laws of the United States（USA）and the United Kingdom（UK）,and then,analyses were done from the angles of content system,user＇s participation and results evaluation,and the construction of the net of libraries and so on.The differences between the library laws of the two countries were compared from the angles of the order of legislation and the means of macro-control,etc.
