儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病髓外白血病预防研究进展 被引量：2

Progress on Prophylaxis of Extramedullary Leukemia in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

摘要 髓外白血病预防是儿童ALL治疗的关键之一。三联鞘注、大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗和颅脑放疗是中枢神经系统白血病常用预防治疗方法,其中颅脑放疗仅用于初诊时已有中枢神经系统白血病和WBC≥100×109L-1的T-ALL。当出现睾丸白血病时,应及时使用双侧睾丸放疗或患侧手术切除,并辅以全身强化治疗和大剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗,以避免睾丸白血病再次复发。
