摘要
装置适用于风洞应变式微量天平六分量精密静态校准。通过高精度复位工件台和电视测量实现了微量天平的五分量体轴校;应用力的精密传递与转换实现了微量载荷在水平方向的准确加载。对三分量天平的综合加载精度以及影响因素进行了分析,同时还给出了该设备对三分量微量天平校准的结果。
This paper presents a six-component precision static calibration equipment,which is suitable to calibrate wind tunnel strain microbalances.With the system of high precision reset stage and TV, the equipment can implements microbalance body axis calibration in five components;With precision transition of the force,the equipment implements accurate loading for the microload in horizontal. This paper also analyzes the general loading precision and influencing factor for three components balance.At the same time, we calibrate the three components mirobalance with this equipment. The calibration result is presented and compared with those of the other type balances.
