灰葡萄孢分生孢子萌发的条件研究 被引量:16

摘要 灰葡萄孢分生孢子萌发的最适温度为 1 9℃ ,萌发率达 94 .3 %;在空气较多的环境中孢子萌发率较高 ,达87.8%,淹水则不利于孢子萌发 ,萌发率仅为 5.8%。 1 %蔗糖、1 %葡萄糖、1 %乳糖、1 %硫酸铵、0 .2 mol/ L磷酸二氢钾、番茄汁液都可以促进分生孢子萌发 ,以 1 %蔗糖效果最好。分生孢子在 p H3~ 9的条件下均可萌发 ,以 p H5最为适宜。孢子悬浮液在高浓度 ( 6× 1 0 5以上 )下会抑制孢子萌发 。 The factors affecting spore germination of Botrytis cinerea Pers. ex Fr. were reported in this paper. The optimum temperature for spore germination was 19 ℃. High percentage of spore germination was observed at aeration while low percentage at submergence. Spore germination would be stimulated when supplied with nutrition such as sucrose, glucose, ammonium sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, lactose and tomato juice. Spore germination would be inhibited at the high concentration of spore suspension (over 6×10 5 spore/mL). Otherwise the optimum pH value of spore germination was about 5. Light or dark treatment did not cause obvious difference in the spore germination.
