摘要
借助C80微量量热仪研究硝酸、硫酸对硝基苯的热稳定性的影响,获得含有不同浓度硝酸、硫酸的硝基苯溶液热流速曲线,并据此求解出混合溶液的化学反应动力学和热力学参数。结合Semenov热爆炸模型,计算并比较硝基苯混合溶液的自加速分解温度(SADT)。结果表明:硫酸和硝酸的加入导致混合物体系的分解反应开始温度显著下降,其中硝酸的效果更为明显;随着硫酸浓度的加大,硝基苯与硫酸混合物体系的反应开始温度、活化能、SADT同时降低,该混合物的SADT远低于纯硝基苯的值。
A CALVET calorimeter C80 was used to analyze the thermal behavior of pure nitrobenzene and its mixtures with sulfuric acid and nitric acid. The chemical reaction kinetic parameters such as activation energy, frequency factor, and heat of reaction were calculated based on C80 experimental data. Based on these parameters and the Semenov thermal explosion theory, the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT) of samples was calculated and compared. The results show that the onset temperature (Tmax) of nitrobenzene with sulfuric acid and nitric acid is lower than that of pure nitrobenzene. With the increase of sulfuric acid concentration, the Tmax, activation energy and SADT decrease.
