摘要
用氢化物发生顶空固相微萃取法富集了农田土壤中的甲基汞和乙基汞,并以毛细管气相色谱- 原子吸收法进行了测定。使用SPB- 1 毛细管柱在4 min 内可基线分离氢化甲基汞和氢化乙基汞。分离后的组分经原子吸收测定,甲基汞和乙基汞的检测限分别为23 ng 和17 ng ,线性范围分别为0 ~20 μg 和0 ~16 μg ,方法的重现性实验,RSD(n = 6) 为2 .9 % 和3 .8 % ,标准加入回收实验,回收率分别为93 .8 % 和94 .7 % 。方法操作简便,无有机溶剂污染,可用于复杂基体中有机汞的分离测定。
Derivatization by hydride generation, separation by solid phase micro extraction and determination by capillary gas chromatography atomic absorption spectrometry of methyl- and ethyl- mercuries in field soil is described in this paper. Using SPB 1 capillary column with temperature programming, methyl- and ethyl- mercuries hydrides can be base-line separated within 4 min. The detection limits are 23 ng for MeHgH with the linear range of 0~20 μg and 17 ng for EtHgH with the linear range of 0~16 μg. The recoveries for MeHgH and EtHgH are 93.8% and 94.7% with precision of 2.9% RSD and 3.8% RSD respectively. The method is simple, solvent free and can be used for the determination of methyl- and ethyl- mercuries in samples with various matrixes.
