摘要
目的:观察核桃揪皮提取物的对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定核桃揪皮提取物对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901和人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721的生长抑制情况。结果:与阴性对照组比较,核桃楸皮提取物可明显抑制人胃癌SGC-7901和人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞增殖。结论:核桃揪皮提取物具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,并且随浓度的增加和时间的延长而增强。
Objective： To observe the anti - tumor effect of the extract from the Bark of Juglans mandshurica. Methods： Anticancer experiment in vitro was done by applying MTT method to methanol Extract from the Bark of Juglans mandshurica on human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC -7901 and human liver cancer SMMC -7721. Results：Compared with negative control, the extract from the Bark of Juglans mandshurica inhibited the proliferation of human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC - 7901 and human liver cancer SMMC - 7721. Conclusion： Extract from the Bark of Juglans mandshurica inhibited the growth of human tumor cells obvious. With the concentration elevated and time extension, inhibiting action increased.
