摘要
幽门螺杆菌是慢性活动性胃炎的病原菌,是消化性溃疡的重要致病因子。对幽门螺杆菌阳性的活动性胃炎及消化性溃疡进行抗幽门螺杆菌治疗已为大家所公认。本文介绍了多种抗菌药物联合治疗方案和幽门螺杆菌的耐药性。
Helicobacter pylori (HP)was recognized as the etiologic agent of active chronic gastritis and as a major in the development of peptic ulcers. The value of HP eradication treatment in active chronic gastritis and peptic ulcers is now widely accepted. This paper introduced a lot of combination drug therapy of eradication and resistance of antibiotics of HP.
