摘要
以丁基罗丹明B与锗钼杂多酸形成的三元配合物,测定了对冠心病有较好疗效的蒙药“心室Ⅱ”中锗的含量。提出了高灵敏度测定痕量锗的新方法,显色体系的表观摩尔吸光系数为5.6×10^5L/mol·cm,锗含量在0~7μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律,回收主继96%~106%。
This paper describes the spectrophotometric determination of trace Ge in Mongolian drug' Ventricle Ⅱ' that has better curative possibilities for a coronary heart disease by the reducing of a ternary complex between butyl rhodamine B and Ge-Mo heteropoly acid.The molar absorptivity is 5.6×105 I/mol·cm.Beer Law is obeyed over the rang of 0 ~ 7 μg/25 mL for Ge.Owing to being added a suitable amount of alcohol,the sensitivity of the reaction is increased,and recovery is in the range of 96% ~ 106%.
