摘要
本文报道了我厂生产的6批安痛定注射液，在不同氮气流量下，经过加速试验，其变黄原因，实验结果证明，氮气流保证在8升／分的情况下，能保证该药在贮存期内色泽无明显变化。
The cause of turning yellow of 6 batches of antongding injection manufactured in our factory under conditions of difftrent nitrogen gas flux through accelerating test was observed and reperted in this paper. The result demonstrated that the colour of the injection would not be changed significantly in Storing period if nitrogen gas flux was controlled at 8 liter/min.
