摘要
In this paper,three component determination of compound tablets of aspirin in pH 6.5 buffer solution was successfully made by using partial least squares method(PLS)without any chemical separation.The C language is used for programming.the results showed that the average recoveries and relative standard deviation of caffeine,penacetin and aspirin were 101.4%,1.63,98.78%,1.32,98.81%,2.37,respectively.The effects of wave length range,numbles of wavelength on the results were discussed.This method is simple,rapid and satisfactory results were obtained.
