摘要
济源市是河南省西北部新兴工业旅游城市,近年来,经济发展速度不断加快,人们消费能力也在不断提高。然而,很多商场总是在经历了开业时的热闹之后,逐渐走向经营惨淡、甚至停业的道路。通过多方面调查与分析,商场在经营理念、商场定位、商品定位、服务意识等方面都存在很大问题,在此基础上研究解决这些问题的对策,有助于商场能够更快地找到自己的发展之路。
Jiyuan City is an emerging industrial tourism city locating in the northwest of Henan Province. With the accelerating pace of economic development, our consuming ability is accordingly increasing. However, it is inexplicable that some shopping malls in Jiyuan experience similar steps from lively opening scenes to gloomy business, even to closed situation. Taking the International Times Square as an example, through investigations and analysis from various aspects, it is found that there are serious problems existing in the operation philosophy, market positioning, product positioning and sense of service. Based on the problems, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures, which aim to help shopping malls find a better way to brighter development.
