摘要
目的:研究不同产地、不同成熟期淫羊藿叶中淫羊藿苷和朝藿定C的含量变化。方法:采用Elite SinoChromODS-AP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱(0~8 min,27%A;8~30min,27%~29%A),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果:不同产地粗毛淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷、朝藿定C的含量变化较大,依次分别为0.1%~0.44%、0.76%~2.59%;不同成熟期淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷和朝藿定C在嫩叶中的含量均高于老叶数倍。结论:试验结果表明:产地对粗毛淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷和朝藿定C含量影响较大;不同成熟期淫羊藿叶中淫羊藿苷和朝藿定C的含量变化可达2~11倍。
Objective:To study the content variation of 2 mainly components in leaf of Epimedium of different areas and maturity stage.Methods:The samples were separated on Elite SinoChrom ODS-AP column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) by gradient elution with acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(08 min,27 % A;830 min,27 %29 % A) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 270 nm.Results:The contents of icariin and epimedin C in Epimedium acuminatum of different areas were 0.1%-0.44% and 0.76%-2.59% respectively.The contents of icariin and epimedin C in Epimedium acuminatum of tender leaf were several times higher than the old’s.Conclusion:The variation of the contents of icariin and epimedin C were obvious in Epimedium acuminatum of different areas.The contents of icariin and epimedin C in different maturity stage of leaf of Epimedium were changed from 2 times to 11 times.
