摘要
本文主要介绍了２５种农药在以内涂交联甲基硅烷为固定液的大口径毛细管石英柱上的分离测定。该分离测定结果表明，大口径毛细管柱具有检测范围宽，出峰时间快等特点。
This paper introduced a method of separating and detecting 25 sorts of pesticides by using 0.53mm i.d. silica capillary column coated with bonded polydimethylsioxane phases. The testing result shows the wide-bone capillary column has the character of wide detecting range and quick peak flowing out.
