摘要
以聚(甲基丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸钠)(P(BMA-AANa))为乳化剂,采用无皂乳液聚合技术,利用BMA对废聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料进行接枝改性。实验得出适宜的工艺条件:P(BMA-AANa)质量分数为51.5%,m(BMA)∶m(丙烯酸)=4∶6,PS和BMA质量分数之和为10.0%;m(PS)∶m(BMA)=5∶5,(NH4)2 S2 O8质量分数为1.1%,反应温度为75~85℃,反应时间为3 h。在此工艺条件下合成的乳液的黏度、固含量和接枝率均较高,为乳白色液体,无颗粒,无异物,冻融稳定性合格,高温稳定性合格。
The waste polystyrene (PS) foam was graft-modified by soap-free emulsion polymerization process using poly (butyl methacrylate-sodium acrylate) (P(BMA-AANa)) as emulsifying agent. The suitable process conditions are as follows: mass fraction of P (BMA-AANa) 51.5 %, m (BMA) : m(acrylic acid) =4:6, total mass fraction of PS and BMA 10.0%, m(PS) : m (BMA) =5:5, mass fraction of ( NH4 ) 2 S2 08 1. 1% , reaction temperature 75 - 85℃, reaction time 3 h. The emulsion synthesized under these process conditions is a uniform and pure milky liquor with higher viscosity, solid-content and grafting degree, which has an acceptable freeze-thaw stability and temperature stability.
