摘要
采用表面活性剂洗脱法去除含油污泥中的机油,考察了4种表面活性剂对含油污泥的洗脱效果。实验结果表明:当以质量浓度为100 mg/L吐温80为洗脱剂、洗脱时间为4 h、洗脱温度为25℃、溶液pH为6时,溶液中油质量浓度最大,为1 293.68 mg/L,此时含油污泥中油的洗脱率为86.25%;无机离子的加入总体上减小了表面活性剂对含油污泥的洗脱作用,无机离子影响的大小顺序为Fe3+<F-<Ca2+<Na+。
Engine oil was removed from oily sludge by elution method with surfactant. The elution effects of 4 kinds of surfactants were studied. The experimental results show that: When Tween 80 with 100 mg/L of mass concentration is used as the eluant, the elution time is 4 h, the elution temperature is 25 ℃ and the solution pH is 6, the largest mass concentration of oil in the solution is 1 293.68 mg/L and the elution rate of oil in the oily sludge is 86.25% ; The addition of inorganic ions will weaken the elution effect of surfactant on oily sludge as a whole, and the order of inorganic ion effects is Fe^3+〈F〈Ca^2+〈Na^+.
