摘要 通过解析城市煤气甲烷化过程化学能的损失,指出CO 变换应以满足甲烷化反应要求为限,过度变换会造成无谓的化学能损失且降低产品气热值。提出以国家标准规定的城市煤气热值下限和CO 含量上限为控制指标的参数准则,并在2-5L 级现场实验中得到了验证。 The loss of chemical energy in methanation of city gas is studied analytically and experimentally.It is pointed out that the ratio of shift reaction should be adjusted just to the requirement of methanation.Over proportion of shift reaction would increase the loss of chemical energy while decrease the combustion value of the produced methanation gas. On this base,a criterion is proposed for determination of the main process parameters according to the low limit of combustion value and high limit of carbon monoxide concentration set in GB code for city gas.The criterion is verified in a pilot experiment rig with a 2.5L methanation reactor.
