摘要
在酸催化剂作用下,甲醇与废油脂中的游离脂肪酸发生酯化反应,反应过程生成的水会阻碍酯化反应进程。使用亲水性渗透汽化膜分离酯化反应副产物水,在固体酸的作用下促成废油脂中游离脂肪酸的酯化反应。文章对改性后分离甲醇和水的各种渗透汽化膜的研究成果做了分析和比较,探讨了利用膜分离技术实现废油脂生产生物柴油绿色工艺的可行性。
Water was generated during the esterification reaction of the ethanol and free fatty acids in the waste oil catalyzed by acid catalyst,which hindered the process of esterification. Hy- drophilic pervaporation membrane can remove the water and improve the esterification. The previ- ous studies related to the seperation of methanol and water by pervaperation were analyzed in this paper and the possibility of green biodiesel production process from waste oil was discussed by us- inz nervaDeration membrane separation technology.
