多频稳态诱发电位在听力残疾评定中的价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨多频稳态诱发电位(ASSR)与纯音听阈测试(PTA)在听力残疾评定中的价值。方法采用ASSR测试与纯音听阈测试对279例听力残疾评定者进行听力评定。结果 279例听力残疾评定者经PTA、ASSR检测,伤残率分别为98.6%(275/279)9、7.1%(271/279)。诊断为伪聋4例,夸大性聋21例。两种不同频率听阈测试结果(dB HL)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ASSR检测可对听力残疾的诊断和鉴别诊断提供客观、可靠的科学依据。
