摘要
针对细纱断头形成原因及分布规律,从原料、工艺、车间温湿度、机械状态等方面分析了造成断头的各种因素;指出应经常进行断头测定,查找原因,为保全工提供机械整顿方向;同时,指出测定断头时,不能造成人为断头,也不能有意识地抢接断头,以免误导。
Regarding the cause of the yarn breakage and the breakage arrangement, analysis is done to tne factors resulting in yarn breakage from material, process, humiture in the shop,and the frame condition. It is pointed out that it is necessary for the mechanics to do regular breakage test for the cause for the refer- ence of the maitenance job. Attention should be paid that additional breakage be avoided when breakage test is done and the exsisting breakage splicing be avoided for data precision.
