摘要
分析了包括规模经济、汇率在内的影响我国民营企业进出口的主要因素。结论认为,人民币升值导致其出口下降,但进口反而减少,人民币升值对民营企业的负面影响较大;随着民营企业规模的扩大,其进出口规模也在增加;2004年贸易经营权的放开对民营企业出口没有明显的刺激效应,但对进口有明显影响;研发支出增加对民营企业出口没有明显影响,但对进口有正面影响;人均国民收入的增加和民营企业进出口没有太大关系。
The paper analyses the main factors of private enterprises＇ import and export,especially scale economy and exchange rates.RMB appreciation lead to decline in exports,but import does not increase instead reducing.RMB appreciation will promote bigger negative influence on private enterprises.With the expansion of the scale of private enterprises,its import and export scale will increase.Trade liberalization does not take apparent effect on export,but makes obvious influence on import.RD expenditure had no significant effect on export but had a positive effect on import,average gross national income increases made no significant effect on private enterprises＇ import and export.
