内镜下乳头括约肌切开术后患者血淀粉酶及血浆CRP变化的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨行内镜下乳头括约肌切开术(EST)后患者血淀粉酶、血浆CRP变化的临床意义。方法对176例胆总管结石、胆管癌患者行EST,术后4、24 h检测血淀粉酶及血浆CRP,根据血淀粉酶水平和腹部体征分为高淀粉酶血症41例(A组)、急性胰腺炎46例(B组)、无并发症89例(C组),比较各组血淀粉酶、CRP变化。结果 EST后4、24 h,A、B组血淀粉酶及CRP均明显高于C组(P均<0.05),A、B组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 EST后早期动态监测患者的血淀粉酶及CRP,对判断其恢复情况、区分急性胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症有临床指导意义。
