急性冠脉综合征患者血清PAPP-A水平与冠脉病变程度的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(PAPP-A)水平与其冠脉病变程度的关系。方法选择ACS患者93例,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)40例(AMI组),不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)30例(UAP组),稳定型心绞痛(SAP)23例(SAP组)。采用ELISA法检测各组血清PAPP-A,全自动生化分析仪检测血清脑利钠肽(BNP)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP);并与21例健康者(对照组)进行比较。ACS患者行冠脉造影检查。结果 AMI组、UAP组发病12 h内PAPP-A、BNP、hs-CRP均高于SAP组、对照组(P均<0.01);AMI组、UAP组PAPP-A与BNP、hs-CRP呈正相关(r分别为0.71、0.74,P均<0.01)。冠脉单支、双支、三支病变患者的PAPP-A比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 ACS患者血清PAPP-A、BNP、hs-CRP均明显升高,其均可作为评价ACS患者不稳定斑块的敏感性指标。
