摘要
聚醚类抗生素是禽畜养殖中广泛应用的球虫抑制药,对这类药物残留量的检测技术研究对于控制兽药残留超标,保证禽畜产品安全有着重要的意义。综述了近年来聚醚类抗生素的检测方法,包括微生物法、免疫法、分光光度计法、色谱法,并详细介绍了液相色谱-串联质谱技术在该类药物检测中的应用及其前景,讨论了未来聚醚类抗生素检测技术的研究发展方向,为今后分析检测各类样品基质中聚醚类抗生素的残留提供参考和依据。
Polyether antibiotics are widely used in livestock breeding as coccidiostats,the detection technology research of polyether antibiotics is of great importance for controlling excessive residues of veterinary drug and ensuring the safety of livestock products.Analytical methods of polyether antibiotics including the research situation of microbiological method,immunoassay,spectrophotometer method,chromatography and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were introduced in details.Problems existed in this research field and further developing tends were also discussed.This review provided a reference for the analysis of polyether antibiotics in various matrices.
