摘要
用 β -环糊精 ( β -Cyclodextrin)对银翘解毒颗粒剂中薄荷荆芥挥发油进行包结。方法 :运用正交试验法 ,以挥发油利用率为主要指标筛选出最佳包合工艺条件 ,油与 β -环糊精比例为 1∶8(ml∶g) ,包合温度为 30℃ ,包合时间 1h。并用TLC (薄层层析 )检查包结前后挥发油的稳定性。结果表明 ,包结工艺能更有效地保存挥发油有效成分 ,并可提高其稳定性。
Solid-wrapping volatile oil extracted from peppermint,schizonepeta in Yinqiao honeysuckle & fructus forsythiae,granulated preparation for relieving intemal heat with β-cyclodextrin. Method:Utilize oil as main index,we screened best conditions for solid-wrapping technological process proportion of oil and β-cyclodextrin is 1:8(ml:g),solid-wrapping temperature:80℃,time:1hr.We examined stability of volatile oil before and after solid-wrapping oil TLC and came to a conclusion:solid-wrapping technological process in able to preserve effective components in volatile oil more effectively,and to increase their stability.
