摘要
本文对高脂血症的定义和诊断、中西医结合辨高脂血症病因病机认识以及高脂血症中西医结合治疗进展进行归纳论述。在临床上,应发挥中西医结合的特色并通过调节人体内环境的综合作用来制定个体化的调脂方案。
The definition and diagnosis of hyperlipidemia,the understanding of its mechanism and cause based on the theory of traditional chinese medicine and the new progress in the treatment of hyperlipidemia by integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine are summarized and discussed in this review.Hyperlipidemia can be clinically treated with the superiority of combination of both traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.Some appropriate therapeutic methods can be chosen based on syndrome differentiation for different population and an individual lipid-lowering plan can be made by regulation of the whole body’ s function.
