摘要
当前我国水利建设存在的问题主要有:水资源过度利用、水资源分布不均、水污染严重、防洪工程建设任务繁重、水利工程资金投入不足、水利工程管理不规范,依此提出了宣传与推进全社会节水、加大水污染防治力度、加强防洪体系建设、加强水利建设资金保障、建立与完善全面质量管理制度等建议,以实现水利建设的可持续发展。
Pointing out China＇s current problems of water conservancy construction,such as overuse of water resource,unevenly distribution of water resource,serious water pollution,heavy task for flood control projects construction,insufficient capital investment,unstandardized management of water conservancy projects.Five suggestions are proposed based on the analysis,they are to broadcast and carry forward water saving in the whole society,increase water pollution control,strengthen flood control system,strengthen fund guarantee of water conservancy construction,build and perfect the total quality control system,so as to achieve sustainable of water conservancy construction.
