微波快速消化法测定发锌含量

摘要 目的 探索利用微波照射法消化发样的效果。方法 以HClO4 HNO3作为消化液 ,选择适当功率进行微波照射 ,消化完成后 ,在 2 1 3.86nm处测其吸光度 ,求出发锌含量。结果 所测结果与普通加热消化法相比较无显著差异。消化回收率均值为 98.95 %。结论 利用微波照射法可使发样的消化速度提高 90倍以上。 Objective To discuss the effects of digesting hair samples with microwave radiation. Method The hair samples were digested by HClO 4—HNO 3 and microwave in suitable power, and the contents of zinc in hair could be calculated when the absorption values at wavelength of 213.86nm were determined. Results It was coincident in results with heat digestion, and the average recovery was 98.85%, Conclusion Microwave digestion was over 90 times faster than the traditional heat.
