摘要
自2006年开始,基于形势的要求,"打黑除恶"已经提高到稳定社会及党和国家政治的高度。笔者通过云南部分市州县公安机关对当地"打黑除恶"状况的"调研报告"分析和研究,找出打击农村黑恶势力的有关对策和措施,剖析地方公安机关在"打黑除恶"中的重要作用。
Since the beginning of 2006, according to the circumstance, ＂crime crackdown＂ activities have been referred to a very high level connected to the stability of society, Chinese communist party and national politics. The author studies the research reports from a part of Yunnan domestic Public Security Departments＇ ＂crime crackdown＂ activities, finds out the relative countermeasures and measures to beat rural evil power, and analyzes the important role of local public security departments in ＂crime crackdown＂ activities.
