摘要 目的分析研究超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者临床转归中的应用。方法入选110例颈内动脉系统TIA患者,入院次日测定患者的超敏C反应蛋白数值,以7天内发生脑梗死为终点事件,分析超敏C反应蛋白与患者临床转归的关系,并分析研究患者超敏C反应蛋白水平与进展为脑梗死患者的梗死体积的关系。结果不同临床转归的TIA患者其Hs-CRP存在差异(P<0.05),对进展为脑梗死的患者来说,不同梗死体积的患者Hs-CRP水平存在差异(P<0.05)。结论超敏C反应蛋白可以作为评价TIA临床转归的指标。 Objective To explore the the application of Hs-CRP in the clinical prognosis of transient ischemic attack.Methods We study 110 TIA patients of Internal Carotid Artery System,and we test the Hs-CRP of patients,patients with cerebral infarction is the end point events within 7 days,at last we analyze the correlation between Hs-CRP and the prognosis of transient ischemic attack,and the correlation between Hs-CRP and cerebral infarct volume.Results The Hs-CRP of TIA patients with different clinical outcomes had significant difference(P0.05),for the patients with cerebral infarction of progress,the Hs-CRP of patients with different infarct volume also had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP can be used as a indicator of clinical outcome evaluation of TIA.
