摘要
灌输教育是无产阶级政党思想政治工作的重要方法。在新世纪新阶段,我们应该转变传统的灌输教育模式。心理学中的感觉刺激、记忆瓶颈律、首因效应与近因效应、编码特异理论与场合依存效应、"掩蔽"效应和遗忘规律等六种记忆发展规律理论对当前思想政治工作中灌输教育方法的创新有重要启示。
Infusion education is an important method in the ideological and political work of proletarian parties.However,in the new era of the century,we should change the traditional model of infusion education.We should start from the six perspectives of memory development law theory-psychology of sensory stimulation,memory bottleneck law,first effect and recent effect,coding specific theory and occasion dependence effect,＂masking＂ effect and forgetting law to discuss how to realize the innovation of infusion education in the current ideological and political education.
