System Identification of Power House Structure of Hydropower Station Based on State Space Model

摘要 针对机组及其支撑结构的振动问题,为研究厂房结构振动的主振源及传递路径,以李家峡水电站为例,结合厂房原型振动测试试验,基于系统辨识理论,将顶盖水压脉动和垂直振动、推力轴承垂直振动、尾水管水压脉动为动力系统输入信号,将下机架基础测点垂直振动为输出信号,构建了多输入单输出系统状态空间辨识模型。研究结果表明:该方法较好地反映了结构系统的动态特性。 Aiming at the vibration problem of the unit and its supporting structure, the main vibration sources and paths of power house structure are studied. Taking prototype vibration test of Lijiaxia Hydropower for an example, based on the theory of system identification, the state space identification model of multi-input and single output system is estab- lished by taking the top cover pressure pulse and vertical vibration, thrust bearing vertical vibration, draft tube pressure pulse as the inpul signals of the power system model as well as taking the vertical vibration of bottom framework as the output signals. Study results show that the method reflects the structural dynamics of the system very well.
