摘要
目的通过系统分析与用药安全相关的护理研究现状,了解国内促进安全用药的策略,明确存在的问题,为今后的研究方向提供参考。方法采用文献计量分析方法,构建文献评阅数据库,对1998-2010年收录在中国期刊全文数据库及CBM中与用药安全相关的护理文献624篇进行系统分析。结果文献数量呈逐年上升趋势,60.1%为临床经验介绍与探讨,77.2%没有采用任何统计分析方法。用药安全研究的主要内容包括用药环节管理（23.1%）、用药差错环节分析（21.3%）等。结论研究关注临床的安全用药问题,但以经验总结为主,设计欠严谨,统计分析方法较单一,定性论述为主。亟需加强与用药安全相关的护理研究,促进用药安全策略及社区用药安全的研究,为构建适于中国的用药安全临床护理实践指南提供依据。
Objective To explore strategies for promotion of medication safety in China's Mainland,and to identify the existing problems by analyzing nursing research targeted on medication safety.Methods Totally,624 research papers published from 1998 to 2010 and in Chinese were retrieved from CNKI and CBM databases,and were analyzed by quantitative analysis.Results Published papers concerning medication safety were increased year by year.Of all the papers,60.1% focused on experiences related to medication safety,and 77.2% did not employed statistic analysis.The main contents included process management of medication safety（23.1%）,and analysis of medication error（21.3%） and so on.Conclusion Studies focused on medication safety in clinical nursing.However,these studies are mainly qualitative comments and summaries of experience,which lack strict design and sufficient use of statistical methods.It is strongly recommended that the studies concerning medication safety,promotion strategies,and medication safety in community treatment should be strengthened,so as to construct appropriate guideline for medication safety in clinical nursing in China.
