摘要
采用自动电位滴定法测定酸性镀铜液中的氯离子,研究了镀液中各种成分对测定的影响。实验结果表明,本法简便、快捷。分析结果准确可靠。
This paper has determined chloride ions in acid copper plating bath by automatic potentiometeric titra- tion, and studied on the influences of each compositions in the bath to determination. The test show that this method is simple and fast, results is accurate and reliable.
